Park Arrow cannot get my location

Open iOS Settings, select Park Arrow, then allow location access while using the app. Precise Location improves the saved spot’s accuracy.

The compass direction looks wrong

Move away from large metal objects, magnetic phone accessories, and enclosed structures. Hold the iPhone normally and wait for a fresh location and heading.

The widget did not save my spot

Open Park Arrow once and complete setup. Check that location access is allowed, then try the widget again. Open the app to confirm that the new parking spot was saved before walking away.

I want to remove my saved data

Open Park Arrow and choose I Found My Car to clear the current parking record and its associated photo. App permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
